New Joe Mad Art?

UPDATE 2
Again, over at Joemadfan.com, Nathen got a larger version of the image from Howard Lyon. Howard actually painted the image and you can see the large sized image here. Plus check out Howard Lyon's website for all his great art. Nathen also e-mailed Joe to see if he could get the pencils for the image. Hopefully that will happen!

UPDATE
Over at Joemadfan.com Nathen got confirmation from Howard Lyon that he did indeed color Joe's pencils for that image. If you take a look at the Races of Eberron Art Gallery you can see Joe Madureira wasn't credited for the image, but as you have just read the confusion is now settled. For more information on the book check out Wizards.com

Original News
I recieved an email today from a fellow Joe Madureira fan and in it he showed me a piece of art from the book Dungeons and Dragons: Races of Eberron and as you can see below it has Joe's signature on it. From my point of view the art doesn't look like MAD!'s usual art but it could be... is Joe doing work for Dungeons and Dragons now? I'll try and find more information on this soon.

Take your pick. I use them all. Sometimes I work on paper that’s a little different ( smoother or more coarse ) and I may move up or down to an H or a B lead if needed. But I find H and 2H digs into the pap er and is too hard to erase ( Which sadly I do a lot of ) and B is too soft ( smudges like a mofo.) B is fantastic for going back over lines, darkening , and adding weight to your lines. Basically, ‘inking’ with a pencil. **Just keep a sheet of scrap paper under your hand or you will smudge the shit out of your drawing!!!** HB suits my needs 99% of the time. Really no need to switch it out, just adjust your pressure. Harder or...
