The main covers for Joe Madureira's Battle Chasers issue 11 have been revealed and will release on July 19th, 2023. Issue 11 has four covers featuring Ludo Lullabi, Joe Madureira, and Jonboy Meyers. Great news for Joe Madureira and Ludo Lullabi! Issue 10 of Battle Chasers has sold out and is receiving a second printing on July 12th, 2023.  Ludo tweeted that they ran out of time to do an original cover for the second printing, but turns out they'll be using Joe Madureira's Battle Chasers New York Comic Con art from 2013. However Ludo did share his seconding printing cover featuring Gully and Calibretto. Thank you all for the incredible reception of Battle Chasers 10! @JoeMadx and I are over the moon!. A tenth variant cover is available for Joe Madureira's Battle Chasers issue 10 from Gotham Central Comics  featuring art from Mike Del Mundo .  The cover has Gully punching out a monster with her gauntlet in what looks like a homage to a Muhammad Ali boxing pose. Big news, did a BATTLE CHASERS cover for issue #10 with Gully in the famous Muhammad Ali pose. Words can’t express how much I’ve missed this book. Battle Chasers was one of the pinnacle books that I learned and studied from. One of the Holy Grails that never left my drawing table so when Gotham Central Comics hit me up to collab on a retail variant for Issue 10, I was ecstatic, I did not hesitate. Joe Madureira is a beast 🐐 and being able to be a part of the Battle Chasers Legacy is a privilege.

A ninth cover for Battle Chasers issue 10 is coming featuring artwork by Ariel Diaz! This one is an exclusive from Bird City Comics and can be purchased at BirdCityComics.com . Limited to 500 copies, the initial pre-sale starts Friday, May 26th at 8pm EST. There's three versions; a trade, trade virgin, and CGC slabbed versions. The cover features Red Monika and is a homage to Joe Madureira's Battle Chasers Issue 1 variant cover.

There's an eighth cover for Battle Chasers issue 10 coming out June 14th featuring artwork by David Nakayama! We're just a little less than one month out until the release of Battle Chasers issue 10! Ludo Lullabi went to his local comic book store 'Comic Zone' in Lyon, France for a Free Comic Book Day event. He did some Battle Chasers sketches of Garrison and Red Monika, as well as a more detailed illustration for a sketchbook Comic Zone puts together. Check them out below!

A date has been announced for the second issue in the new three issue arc of Battle Chasers! Issue 11 will release on July 19th, 2023. The issue will be 24 pages long and drawn by Ludo Lullabi, with variant covers by Joe Madureira, and Jonboy Meyers. Ludo Lullabi posted the cover for the issue, as well as some interior shots. 

The PAX East conference is currently underway at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Centre and Airship Syndicate has made the trip from Austin Texas to showcase Wayfinder to the attendees. Along with showcasing the game, they had a panel today with Joe Madureira (Creative Director), Ryan Stefanelli (Studio President), and AJ LaSaracina (Engagement Director) to discuss the lore, gameplay and more details of Wayfinder. They also introduced a new hero character named Venomess, an expert alchemist, with a teaser video you can watch below with more details to come later. During the panel some new Joe Madureira artwork was showcased featuring monster concepts as well as some early character design sketches. Watch the whole panel on youtube! There was a fun surprise for Battle Chaser's fans who watched episode 2 of the new season of 'The Legend of Vox Machina.' During the episode, the main characters visit the Slayers Take mercenary guild hall where Red Monika and Garrison are hanging out in the background! Check out the images and concept art by Phil Bourassa below! Joe Madureira has been a fan of Critical Role for a long time, and actually did a poster for them back in 2016 with colours by Grace Liu. I've collected as much artwork as I could find from Airship Syndicate's new game Wayfinders that I believe is Joe Madureira's work. Enjoy the collection!
