Joe Madureira ! Fansite

Since the Darkstalkers #1 powerfoil is just around the corner a nicer image of it has surfaced on the net. Check it out ! I think it looks alot better. Hopefully I'll be getting my copy in soon...

Over at Pop Culture Shock.com they posted the Devil's Due Comic releases for February. The great thing is that it included Joe Mad's Darkstalkers #4 pencils! Check out this awesome preview for the powerfoil.

Over at Joemadfan.com Nathen got sent an email from Erik Ko from Udon that contained the colors of Joe's Felicia cover for Darkstalkers #3. It looks amazing! Check it out.

Here is a sketch of Joe Madureira's Darkstalkers #3 powerfoil cover due out in January. It is from the November 'Preview' magazine and I'd like to give a big thanks to Nathen over a Joemadfan.com for the scan of the image.

Nathen over at joemadfan.com got an E-Mail reply from Joe the other day about what's up: "Joe Mad! has written me back and has said a few things. 1. He is still doing 6 covers for the Darkstalkers series, but they're not in a row. 2. The Street Fighter back up story will NOT be in issue #13 and he's not sure what issue it will be in. 3. NcSoft wants to wait before revealing anything about the new project that he is working on and he's guessing but it might be up to 6 months before we get to see anything for it. He said he might be able to share some things sooner, but it will still be sometime before that can happen. I will update when I hear more." There you have it! Thanks to Nathen we now see what to expect from Joe Mad! in the next while.

Just a tiny update but I found a cleaner colored version of the Street Fighter #13 cover by Joe Mad! The image is a bit small but man does it look awesome! Also there seems to be nothing new on the Joe Madureira front, still just the Darkstalkers cover in November and this Street Fighter cover in December or so. Hopefully more news will pop up soon.

Finally, Joe Mad's next Street Fighter appearance has been revealed! His cover will be for Street Fighter #13 which is stated to hit stores this December. I think the cover is incredible, just look at all the expressions on the girls faces! All their personalities are played out perfect. Well Comics Continuum has posted the Devil's Due releases for November and have posted Joe Mad's cover for Darkstalkers #1. The weird thing is that the cover looks exactly the same as the so called 'preview' cover posted on JoeMadFan.com . Erik Ko from Udon stated that the cover is quite different than the preview one, so either comicscontinuum have the old cover, or there just isn't a newer version. Ah well..here's the cover Darkstalkers #1 !

Apparently the scan over at Joemadfan.com of the Darkstalkers #1 cover is not the final version! Here's a quote from Erik Ko of Udon, "This is the progress shot that we showed. I will post a final soon..... it looks MUCH better than this! :)". So that is some cool news, the cover will look even better than it already is, also Erik should be posting the final version soon so look forward to that.

Well still no luck in finding a host yet, I checked out a bunch of free hosting sites, but don't trust them for some reason. I'll keep looking but if you know of any reliable free hosting services leave a comment...actually just leave a comment anyway I'd like to hear from everyone visiting the site. That's all for now!

Just a little update on what's up. As you know (if you read the post under this one) my host for the Joe Madureira! fansite is going down. I heard from him the other day and he said he's gonna keep his server up but he can't host my site. You need to realize this guys server is just running from his home and he is using his ISP for it. So all the bandwidth my site was eatting up made him shut the server down (glad to see the sites so popular though!). Anyway, he said he could only host me again if i host all the bandwidth eatters (pictures, etc) on another server. This is an okay idea but would be a huge hassle for me since I would need to redo alot of the html and other things. We're still looking around for other hosts, and people like Valen have said they will try to help me out too. So this is going fairly well so far, hopefully something will come up soon. Ok, ok, I know what your saying to yourself right now, "Where has the Joe Madureira! fansite gone?" The thing is, my host is going to get rid of his server... so the Joe Madureira site doesn't have a home. I had to make this page on a Blogger account to tell you guys what's going on. Again, your probably saying, "Well just get a new host and everything will be dandy." The problem is, my last host was 100% free, and right now I don't have enough money to actually pay for hosting since I'm a University Student who has lots of stuff to pay for. Right now my friend and I are looking around and asking around for anyone that can help us out with hosting... it's probably going to be impossible to find anyone generous enough like my last host to give me the space and bandwidth. Pretty bad news eh ? Sort of dissapointing how this happens when Joe is doing all the new things like Darkstalkers, a new NCsoft project, a 2nd Street Fighter Back up, and po
